Executive Director
Renée joined KBIC in May of 2009. As executive director, she is responsible to the board of directors for leadership and management of the organization and its programs and managing financial and human resources. Renée’s prior managerial positions include executive director of Fair Tide, outreach program director for Rockingham Community Action, and program coordinator of The Birchtree Center. She earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of New England in 2000 and her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1994.

Ashley Healy
Director of Development
Ashley joined KBIC in November of 2023, bringing a unique blend of experience in fundraising and marketing to her role as Director of Development. Most recently, Ashley served as Associate Director of The Exeter Fund at Phillips Exeter Academy where she played a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s philanthropic initiatives. Prior to working at the Academy, Ashley spent over a decade honing her skills in marketing, navigating the intricacies of audience engagement, strategic messaging, and the utilization of technology to amplify organizational impact. She co-founded her own fundraising software company in 2015 and has since been committed to data-driven fundraising and the positive use of technology for the greater good. A graduate of Saint Michael’s College with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Journalism and Communications, Ashley is honored to lead a development program that impacts the KBIC experience for every member.

Kathy joined KBIC in October 2023. She earned her B.S. in Organizational Management at Daniel Webster College and M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of New Hampshire. Kathy comes to KBIC after 16 years at Great Bay Community College in various positions including the past 10 years as an Academic Advisor. Kathy is excited to join the KBIC team committed to improving the quality of life for acquired brain injury survivors.
